300Growth — Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how 300Growth collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit 300growth.com or engage our services.

2. Who is responsible (controller)

The controller of your personal data is David Jovanovic, operating as 300Growth, based in Austria. For any privacy question or request, contact david@300growth.com. Our full postal business address is provided in our legal notice (Impressum) and is available on request.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us — your name, email, company, phone number, and anything else you choose to share when you book a call, fill in a form, or contact us.

Information collected automatically — pages viewed, referring source, approximate location (from your IP address), and device or browser type. This is collected by Vercel Web Analytics, which is privacy-friendly by design: it sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, does not track you across sites, and does not build a profile of you.

Engagement data — when you become a client, we process the account access, prospect data, and campaign data needed to deliver the services, under the terms of our service agreement.

4. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to inquiries and schedule calls,
  • deliver, run, and improve our services,
  • measure and improve website performance,
  • send relevant updates about our services,
  • meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

As an Austrian business we process personal data under the EU GDPR, on these bases:

  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — e.g. marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Contract / pre-contract steps (Art. 6(1)(b)) — to respond to your request and to deliver an engagement.
  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — to operate, secure, and improve our business and website, balanced against your rights.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — e.g. keeping invoices as required by tax law.

6. Cookies

We do not use tracking, advertising, or profiling cookies, and we do not ask you to consent to any, because we do not set any. Our website analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) is cookieless: it stores nothing on your device.

The only cookies that may be set are strictly necessary ones that make the site function, on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing a working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under §165(3) TKG 2021.

If we ever introduce optional cookies, we will ask for your consent first, and you will be able to withdraw it at any time.

7. Sharing

We share personal information only with the trusted service providers that help us run our website and business, and where the law requires it. These providers may only handle the data needed to provide their service, and act on our instructions. During an engagement, client data is handled under the confidentiality and data-protection terms of the applicable service agreement.

8. International transfers

Some of our processors are located outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States). Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

9. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law (for example, tax-related records), then delete or anonymize it.

10. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email david@300growth.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, dsb.gv.at) if you believe your data has been handled unlawfully.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date shows when it last changed.

13. Contact
